Windows 10 사진 앱 실행시 원격프로시저를 호출하지 못했습니다 에러가 나올때

Windows 10(이하 윈도우 10) 사진 앱 이나 또는 멀티미디어 관련 기능을 실행하였을때 "원격프로시저를 호출하지 못했습니다" 또는 앱 실행후 바로 종료되는 현상이 발생할때 적용

윈도우 10의 미디어 기능이 제외된 N or KN 버전을 사용할때 발생된다.

이경우는 Media Feature Pack을 설치후 재부팅하면 해결된다.

만일 N 또는 KN버전을 실행하지 않는 컴퓨터나 기타의 이유로 앱이 깨진경우는 아래와 같이 복구할수있다. 

1. 관리자모드로 콘솔창 실행(cmd )

2. dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

3. sfc /scannow

4. powershell

5. Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
